The Wilson's were there for all of 1 hour. Broke a chain. Jeff had a spare on hand, but it turned out the bushings on the clutch were shot and was wobbling.
But, my wife gave me a compliment is an odd way. She said the kart felt faster than last month. She was going faster down the straights and felt more out of control in the corners (meaning: she is finally pushing her boundaries).
I lowered the tire pressure from last time (down to 12 per tire) and leaned out the low air/fuel mix thingy. It did feel a lot faster.
I should note that we have no weights added to our kart. Until we actually ponder entering a real race, I am not going to worry about it.

The doctors at AppCo have already been called in and the patient will be delivered by pick-up truck Wednesday. When the chain popped off the sprocket, it got stuck inside and jammed up the rear. Wheels no go. Fortunately, Erin was right next to pit entrance.
It was at this point that realized I need to buy a kart stand. Attempting to push the kart by lifting up its rear became cumbersome after only 10 feet.
